CEN Project Manager: Salary range £ £22.5K -27.5K
We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver a number of energy and environmental schemes and projects, primarily across the South East of England. Based at our office in Ashford ( Kent ) the successful candidate will be required to deliver individual projects to time and budget on behalf of our clients, which include private companies, local authorities and county councils, utility companies, and other agencies.

CEN Accounts Assistant: Salary range £20-22K
We require an Accounts Assistant to work as part of our small friendly accounts team. The role will encompass all aspects of book keeping including the purchase and sales ledgers, general ledger, VAT, stock system and the raising of invoices. You will also be required to reconcile bank accounts, clients monies received and maintain petty cash and expense payments records.
Applicants should have at least 3 years experience of working in a similar role including experience working with computerised accounts packages (e.g. MYOB, SAGE). You should also have a book keeping qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of reconciling 3 rd party bank accounts/ Clients monies. You must be a good team player, have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work flexibly and to strict deadlines

Sustainable Energy Senior Project Manager: Salary range £35-40K
Sustainable energy is an exciting emerging area, critical to sustainable development and alleviating the effects of climate change. CEN has established strong partnerships with local and regional government bodies, as well as with private organisations across London and the South East. As such CEN is able to offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. This vacancy is initially to cover for a 12 month period of maternity leave, however, depending on the growth within this sector and performance of the candidate, a substantive position may become available at a later stage.
You will manage and develop a vibrant project team providing sustainability support to:
planning authorities and regional government to help them define and implement sustainable energy and sustainability policies
developers/architects to assist them assess sustainable energy and wider sustainability options for their sites
social housing providers to help them assess sustainable energy and wider sustainability options for both their new build and existing individual schemes
social housing providers to develop strategy across their corporate and entire housing stock to reduce environmental impact
